Join us for Print Works Bistro’s seventh wine blending dinner, featuring Bordeaux-style wines from Trinchero Napa Valley, in a premier event room at Proximity Hotel.
During a sumptuous dinner, paired with four fine Trinchero varietal wines, guests will learn how master blenders hone their craft and palate to create a final cuvée. The tasting will be guided by Certified Wine Educator and Advanced Sommelier Julia Hunt and Josh Beasley with Trinchero Napa Valley.
Chef Leigh Hesling will prepare four courses, paired with four Trinchero single-vineyard varietals–Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The estate has a long and strong reputation for producing exceptional Bordeaux-style wines. Trinchero is perhaps best known for its iconic Meritage, a juicy and skillful blend of its vineyards’ finest barrels in exceptional vintages.
