America’s top expert on Maison Louis Jadot Burgundy wines and Taittinger Champagne, Antoine Collet, will pour Single Vineyard, Premier Cru wines paired with Chef Leigh Hesling’s extraordinary menu for the evening!

Antoine Collet will host a lively and informative Premier Cru Wine Dinner featuring Taittinger Champagne and Maison Louis Jadot Burgundy wines. Don’t miss out on one of the few Premier Cru dinners in the Southeast. Very limited seating.

About the Wineries

Taittinger Champagne and Maison Louis Jadot

Taittinger one of the few remaining family owned and operated Champagne houses in France. Distinguished for its extensive vineyard holdings of 752 acres, including prestigious Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards. Taittinger “Prelude” is produced from 100% Premier Cru rated vineyards.

Maison Louis Jadot in eastern France was founded in 1859 by the man whose name it bears, Louis Henry Denis Jadot. The first of his family arrived in Beaune from Belgium in 1794 and soon began purchasing Premier and Grand Cru vineyards. Both the Clos des Ursules and Clos de la Commaraine vineyards are owned solely by the Jadot family.

About Antoine Collet

Antoine was born in Champagne and spent most of his younger years in and out of the vineyards. Soon he became obsessed with learning everything about wine, and sharing his passion with the world.

Today, Antoine Collet is a French Wine Specialist, highly experienced in the wine industry, known for his tasting skills and ability to find the right product for his customers. He gets the message across with enthusiam and approach.
