Cooking Classes at Proximity Hotel

Chef Leigh Hesling of Print Works Bistro and Green Valley Grill will prepare three courses, paired with wine, utilizing fresh local ingredients and share plenty of cooking tips and recipes. Looking for that gift that keeps on giving? Give a series of delightful cooking classes with Chef Leigh Hesling. He will present six cooking classes in 2013: three at Proximity Hotel (February 16, July 13, October 5 and October 12) and three at O.Henry Hotel (January 19, June 15 and September 14).
